This User Agreement ("Agreement") is a legally binding contract between you and Yono Inc. ("Yono," "we," or "us") governing your use of the Yono mobile application and related services (collectively, the "Service").

ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

By creating a Yono account or using any part of the Service, you agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you don't agree to these terms, you may not use the Service.

ELIGIBILITY

You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this requirement.

YOUR ACCOUNT

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

SUBSCRIPTION AND BILLING

Subscription Options

Yono offers two subscription options:

• Annual plan with a 3-day free trial
• Monthly plan with no free trial

Payment Terms

• When you subscribe to Yono, you authorize us to charge the payment method you provide.
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• If you choose the annual plan with a 3-day trial, you will be charged the annual fee after the trial period unless you cancel before the trial ends.
• Prices are subject to change. We will notify you of any price changes before they take effect.

Refunds

All purchases are final. We do not provide refunds or credits for unused portions of a subscription period, except where required by law.
