Chapter 1: General Provisions
1 (Purpose)
These terms and conditions govern the terms and conditions of use and procedures for Tweak service operated by Team Learners Inc. (after this, referred to as the 'Company') and all accompanying services (collectively referred to as the 'Service') and other necessary matters. It is intended for regulation.
2 (Definition of Terms)
The terms used in these terms and conditions are defined as follows.
- App Service: 'Tweak', an application operated by the company to provide services
- Member: A person who signs a service contract by these terms and conditions and uses the services provided by the company
- ID: A combination of letters and numbers selected by the member and approved by the company for member identification and member service use
- Password: A combination of letters and numbers chosen by the member to protect their confidentiality in communication
- Content: Code, text, voice, sound, image, video, figure, color, image, etc. (including complexes thereof) provided by the company to the member, and the member uses the functions provided by the service, Including results written on
- Paid service: Paid parts provided within the service
3 (Disclosure and effect and change of terms and conditions, etc.)
- The company posts the contents of these terms and conditions on the initial service screen (front) of the service so that members can easily understand them. However, the contents of the terms and conditions can be viewed by members through the connection screen.
- The company complies with 「Act on Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce, Etc.」, 「Regulation of Terms and Conditions」, 「Framework Act on Electronic Documents and Electronic Commerce」, 「Electronic Financial Transaction Act」, 「Electronic Signature Act」, 「Promotion of Information and Communications Network Utilization」 These Terms and Conditions may be amended to the extent that they do not violate related laws such as the "Act on Protection of Information and Information Protection," "Door-to-Door Sales Act," and "Framework Act on Consumers."
- If the company revises these terms and conditions, the date of application and the reason for the revision shall be specified and announced on the initial screen of the company along with the current terms and conditions on the date of application. However, if the contents of the terms and conditions are changed unfavorably to the member, it will be notified with a grace period of at least 30 days in advance.
- If the member does not explicitly express his or her intention to terminate the contract by the effective date notified in accordance with Paragraph 3, it is deemed to have agreed to the revised terms and conditions.
- Matters not stipulated in these Terms and Conditions and interpretation of these Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the Act on Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce, etc., the Act on the Regulation of Terms and Conditions, and other related laws or commercial practices.
- The company may post within the service an ethics guide that the company and members must abide by, which includes preventing crimes and respecting social ethics in relation to service use, and the ethics guide constitutes the contents of these terms and conditions. Members are deemed to have agreed to abide by the Ethics Guidelines by agreeing to these terms and conditions.
